胸びれの下に数個の黒い点があり、背の後半に波状の模様があります。カツオの腹の縞ではなく、この黒点が重要な手掛かりです。

横走りと足元の暴れに注意。持ち帰る魚は直ちに冷却し、血抜きのために常温放置しない。ヒスタミンは加熱しても除けません。
