Tackle and preparation

Match rod, jig and reel to the skipper’s depth, current and target; bring a spare leader.

On the water

1. Lower to the instructed level.
2. Combine winding and rod lifts in a consistent rhythm.
3. Keep pressure during the first dive and follow the crew’s landing instructions.
