脇野沢の牛ノ首岬。低い岩場と根の切れ目で、アイナメやメバル類を狙う。
岸側から海岸を歩く。港内と磯を区別し、満潮で通路が狭まる前に戻る。
- 救命胴衣と磯に合う滑りにくい靴を着用。高波・うねり・雷の予報がある日は入磯しない。
- 磯の通路・釣り座の開放状況は現地掲示を優先。貝類・海藻等の採取可否は釣りとは別に確認。
