富山新港の南水路に面する開放護岸。南水路緑地公園の駐車場から徒歩で向かい、港湾作業区域には入らない。
市が示す駐車場と開放護岸を利用する。現地の閉鎖表示を優先。
- 隣接する港湾作業区域・釣り禁止区域へ入らない
- 救命胴衣を着用し、強風・高波時は利用しない
- 路上駐車をせず、ごみは持ち帰る
